PHENOSPEX is a scale-up company with 35 colleagues and although the fundamentals are there, you have the opportunity to drive them to the next level. In this role you have a lot of responsibilities and you take your seat around the Board table. Are you ready to put HR further on the map within this ambitious, international company?
In more detail you will:
- manage the overall HR budget and activities around workforce administration, payroll, employee relations, performance management together with our HR officer.
- drive execution and continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
- partner with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
- educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- digitalize and optimize the Employee Journey Map to become a top employer in the industry.
