We are seeking a highly skilled Application Scientist to join our team. As an Application Scientist, you will play an important role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and the specific plant traits sought by our clients for their phenotyping applications.
Key Responsibilities:Research and Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze experiments with adhering to clear research objectives. Document findings in concise reports and maintain data archives.
Validation and Prediction: Conduct internal and external validation experiments to accurately predict traits relevant to diverse phenotyping applications.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze datasets to drive research and development, inform product management decisions, and support marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to craft application notes that effectively communicate our solutions' value proposition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers throughout the discovery and delivery process. Provide consultation and support to all departments, leveraging your expertise to validate results and optimize product performance.
Sales and Service Support: Educate and assist the Sales and Service departments by offering expert consultation on Phenospex products and their applications.
Product Testing and Development: Evaluate new features and products to enhance functionality and meet evolving market demands. Develop growing recipes for relevant crops within the Phenospex framework.
